To engage partners and stakeholders on awareness and education for infection associated chronic conditions (IACC).

To build the capacity of community based organizations and institutions engaging in mobilizing African American communities at high risk for COVID-19 morbidity and mortality to adopt and sustain COVID-19 preventative and community mitigation strategies.

To refine and implement the use of community-level crisis monitoring and response system (CMRS) for public health crises to apply during the COVID-19 pandemic and future crises in order to both identify racialized stigma signals that create barriers to recommended mitigation practices (e.g., vaccine uptake), as well as respond to them in real time.
